New job and schooling
I have to tell you all about my new great job.I just finished working for St Alexius Medical Center (which was a very interesting job) due to scheduling conflicts. I was offered a new job as an office assistant with the North Dakota Humanities Council. This is a very interesting job and goes well with my interest and studies in International Studies and Political Science. It is a non-profit organization that promotes the culture, literature, and heritage of North Dakota. I am only working part time since Brian and I want to keep Linn at home with us until she gets a little older. We try to work our schedules around each other as much as possible.
Brian is a full-time student still but is changing his studies to Power Plant Engineering at Bismarck State College. It’s a new 4 year program and it seems very interesting and fun. He is starting his classes in January of 2008. We also love our house and the city of Mandan where we live. It is full of history. Only about 2 miles from our house, you’ll find the Custer State park, Fort Lincoln and the veteran cemetery.
