A day at the lake…

What a nice and beautiful weekend we had at lake Sakakawea by Brian’s parents house. We went up there early Saturday morning with Linn and had so much fun outside the whole day. Linn went “bathing” in the sprinkler system for the first time, and she soooo loved it!! It was shooting water straight at her and she bent down all the time to try and get a drink of it as well. I wish we would have had the camera with us this weekend but we left it at home by mistake….

Today Sandy was so kind to watch Linn for a few hours so that Brian, Dick (his dad) and I could go fishing. We spent 4 hours on the lake and Dick caught 2 walleyes and Brian and I – none, zip, zero!! Well, we’ll have better luck next time. What I did catch, however, was a freaking sunburn!!!! My arms are as red as a lobster and they hurt so much. My face is pretty red too but not at all as my arms. Hopefully the sunburn will turn into a nicer shade of tan, Trust me, I need some color, LOL!!!
