My fall makeover…

I had such a nice day yesterday…on my birthday, I received a gift card to a dayspa and decided to use it. I chose a package spa service and it included a facial (which was phenomenal), a pedicure (which was long time overdue), and hair cut/coloring/styling. It took all day and when it was done, I felt like a completely new person. I actually went crazier than I thought with my hair style. I felt like I really needed to do something different…my hair has been the same since practically…hmm.. forever…
Anyhow, we decided to color my hair really blond with brown highlights. It actually turned out a lot better than I imagined. The brown highlights will eventually fade away but the blonde highlights we also put in my hair, is going to stay. I cut off about 7 inches of my hair and layered it (well, the hairdresser did but you know what I mean). This morning I decided to drag my butt off the couch and went exercising at the “Y”. It felt great afterwards and now I am pretty darned drained. I guess the best way to end this day with is some sleep…I hope I am going to be able to fall asleep with no problem (although I highly doubt it). Night folks, c ya next ime.
