“Good friends are like stars…. You don’t always see them, but you know they are always there”

There is no place like home…that is a common phrase for everyone…ones home shifts from year to year but I think it’s the same for all…ones childhood home always stays in your heart! I grew up in the city of Göteborg in the country of Sweden and that will always be “home” for me.  Before we all settled down and had children, my friends and I had so much fun in the summers.  We were and still are in certain ways, a close knit bunch of girls. How are my Fölunda High heel kicker girls?!!

Most of us have known each other since we went to daycare together and stayed with each other through thick and thin.  I will never again experience such a friendship with any other people and you are all very special and dear to me.  I miss you all so very much and can’t wait to see you and all the new additions to your families.  Friendship change but does not alter with age and I can always depend on my girls even if we haven’t seen each other in a very long time.  I wish that I could be there for your ladies night dinners, when you greet a new family member into the world, when you go through some bad times, or just when you are going through everyday life as well as the great times in your lives.   Please remember that I cherish you and miss you.
