One step accomplished…now on to the next one
It was a day that ‘s been coming for many years…too many years actually. After years of efforts, arguments, and frustration, the out-of-state court order was finally registered in the correct state. The road to our goal is finally being paved and now it’s on to the next step. It’s a hard road ahead but unlike many others involved, at least we are doing the right thing and working towards the benefit of young innocent children that have been put in the middle of so-called grown-ups and the pettiness of scorned lovers and bruised egos. Hopefully the next step will shed some light on the truth and reveal years of lies and misconstrued memories of events. Our day in court was a relief and now we can move on to establish a relationship with two young boys (soon to become men) that have been told they were not wanted or loved. I truly believe that what goes around comes around – sooner or later.

What comes around does indeed go around. The fact of the matter is you lost this battle, and will continue to lose. I am no longer backing down. Right is right, Brian should be paying more than he is ordered to pay. $1041.00 monthly. Guess what???? Back to court soon for him. This time I am taking this all the way, or you can flee to Sweden again, but the Erie county child support agency now has ties in Sweden. But please keep blogging about men not having to pay child support, because it amuses me so much.
I wouldn’t consider it losing since we are the ones that contacted the courts to put a child support payment in order. WE petitioned for this to happen so that you would receive monthly payments of child support since you never acknowledged any attempts to make payments to you directly in the past. Regardless of sole custody, Brian was awarded visitation that was not honored due to the fact that he couldn’t make court ordered child support payments due to unemployment and disability. We are looking forward to the next time in court. In addition, NY Erie County Court had ties in Sweden while we lived there as well. We should know since we contacted them several times during our stay in Sweden. They should have records of our requests since we asked them to make notes of it. I’m glad you find it amusing and I am more than willing to keep righting about it!
