Mothers hold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever.

How wonderful it is to be a mother. The in-laws came down yesterday to celebrate mother’s day with us and we went to the Dakota Zoo and had a blast. Afterwards, we stopped to have lunch at the Space Aliens restaurant. Linn had a wonderful time and spent most of the time in the game room while Brian and I took turns eating lunch (a part of being a toddler parent, LOL). Our little girl is growing up a little every day and it is getting very apparent that she is closer to three years old now…her personality is shining through and she is very head strong which will serve her well when she gets older. It might be difficult to deal with at the moment, but I rather she is strong willed now and grow up to be smart and independent. We are hopelessly addicted to our daughter’s laughter, her sweet kisses, and unconditional love ?\
