Child Passenger Safety Technician

As of a few weeks ago, I am officially a nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician with Safe Kids.  It was a very interesting 32 hours course and also very intense. It was 4 days of 8-9 hour of constant education and hands-on training. When I was asked to take this class by my manager, I thought that what could you possibly learn about car seat safety over the course of 4 days??? Well, more than I could ever imagine. I wish I would have taken this course when or before my daughter was born. I can now see how easily you fail at keeping your children safe in your car.
