I just wanted to tell you all that our website design is changing and it will be a work in progress. It is a bit of tweaking and changes to be made so please bear with us for a little while. Before I was a Mom
I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby.
I didn’t worry whether or not my plants were poisonous.
I never thought about immunizations.
Before I was a Mom
I had never been puked on.
Pooped on. Chewed on. Peed on.
I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts
I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom
I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests.
Or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried.
I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.
I never sat up late hours at night watching [ ... ]

Finally it seems like winter is coming to an end. North Dakota winters are not my favorite time of the year although snow is a lot of fun. It just lasts too long and the coldness bites! My favorite time of the year has to be spring and fall with summer cutting close as well. I just don’t like it too hot or too cold. I was told that Sweden had it’s warmest winter in about 250 years! I remember growing up and me and my friends would be outdoors every winter playing [ ... ]

Oh my, Linn is really growing up and learning things fast. She has already started to crawl, sit up by herself, “talk” constantly, hold her own bottle and let us know what she likes and dislikes. It is amazing how fast it is going! I am having a difficult time keeping up with her. She has her two bottom front teeth and the upper two front teeth has been giving her some pain lately. It seems as if they are trying to come out but they keep receding. She has a hard time sleeping at night and she is chewing [ ... ]
